Find a Good Fit

This process will also help you highlight your strengths in job interviews and networking situations. To identify your strengths, consider what comes naturally to you, what you enjoy doing, and what you excel at. Also, consider any unique perspectives or experiences that you bring to the table as a result of your disability. For example, you may have developed resilience, adaptability, or a unique perspective on accessibility and inclusion.
Focus on Education and Training
